It Was a Sunny February Day in the Pacific NW . . . .
AND a holiday! What is the Bowes family to do? Go to the beach, of course!

Looks like everyone is having a great time. Was there a crime committed here? Looks like some are trying to hide their true footprints. The Bowes clan can all boast of handsome countenances, especially those two "littles". Thx for the pictures, Love, Meemom
The following from the GREAT MELVIN ZWICK reporter on the scene.
Newsflash: Fresh big foot prints found on the beach. I, MELVIN ZWICK am on the scene interviewing local residents.
MELVIN ZWICK: I am talking to Frank Mygosh a local resident who lives near where the big foot prints were found. Could you tell me what you saw the other day?
Frank Mygosh: "Well sir, I done seed these big fellows walking on the beach in front of my apartment. They was big and hairy. I run to git my gun but they was gone before I got back."
MELVIN ZWICK: "And there you have it direct from the mouth of a local eye witness."
Yes, it was a fabulous time! And everyone was very happy to be in the sunshine . . .even if the bright sun fooled us into thinking it was going to be a WARM day:(
It was funny how those monster feet actually left "horse shoe" prints! It looked like there was a herd of horses that came through the area!
The "littles" especially appreciated your kind remarks:)
Well, that Melvin Zwick sure does get around! He is just into everything, isn't he?
I think maybe we saw Mr. Mygosh. He just looked at us in disbelief, as if he was thinking, "My gosh, that family sure is crazy for playing out on the beach in February! But looks like they're having a ton of fun!"
What cutie pies those little boys are, and of course the older kids have always had my heart. I love that you have a blog, and I've just subscribed, so I'll see each and every update. It's such a wonderful way to stay in touch and see what your sweet family is up to. Hugs and kisses to all! Donna Reed
Thanks so much for leaving us such a sweet comment! It's always wonderful to be in touch with you again! Wish you could come visit us here at the farm! We remember fondly your visit in Flagstaff!
Those are pretty pictures. We are going to the beach this summer. We are learning oceanography for school this year. I love learning about the marine life God created.
We are a Christian, home-schooling family that strives to live by Jeremiah 6:16. ~ This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls."

Ooh! Looks so fun! But I'm sure the water was cold. Or was it? Anyway, I wish I was there with you guys!
