And Now . . . . . a Few Thoughts From the Mind of a Three-Year-Old!

Timothy: "When I grow up, I want to be a fireman so I can make fires."

Daddy: "But Timmy, firemen do not make fires, they put them out."

Timothy: "Well, that's okay. I'll make the fires, and the other man can put them out!"

Hmmmm . . . . should we be worried?

Hey Timothy,

If you start fires you might have to go to jail and wear yukky jail clothes. You are too cute to wear jail clothes. They just would not look good on you. And if you are in an Arizona jail, you would have to eat green bolonga. So let's just let Daddy start the fire so we can roast our marshmellows. If you are in jail, they won't let you out to go roast your marshmellows.. When you grow up you can help put the fires out, but hopefully not the ones that Daddy starts.

Hi Quad Granny!

Thank you so much for giving me a heads-up about the green bologna. That does not sound very good at all. I've seen some green food in our refrigerator and Mommy said it might make us sick if we eat it. She throws it out. Then there is the other kind of green food. I think Papa Bob calls it "little trees." It is not very good either. And I would really miss roasted marshmallows. Perhaps I will look into another occupation:)

I will keep a good eye on Daddy too when he makes our fires.

So glad you are looking at for me. I love you so much!

Hi Timothy,
Someday Papa will tell you how your daddy almost burned down the "hundred acre woods".
Did you know there is a job on railroad tains called "fireman"?
I think he is in charge of keeping the fire going in the old steam engines, like the ones you played with at my house.

Hi Papa and Grammie!

Oh my, sounds like perhaps I have inherited a "chip" from the 'ole block, as they say:) Wow, I hope Christopher Robin and Pooh Bear were okay:)

I do like the sound of the "fireman" on a train! That sounds perfect! I sure loved playing with your trains!

I Love you!

Timothy

Funny! Funny! Funny! Nah! He'll understand later on in life that it'll be more fun to put out the fires! ;)
