A Day In the Life . . .

on the Bowes farm!

Here Daddy is giving Angel a shot of penicillin to treat a sore foot.
And no, she hasn't grown arms! That headless body is actually Victoria trying to hold Angel steady, while I, the innocent photographer, wipe llama spit from my camera lens :(

This is what our resident "shepherdess" does everyday with her "flock". She enjoys leading them to "greener pastures" and having them follow her wherever she goes!

This is Timothy's favorite thing to do on the farm. He chases after Sugar the chicken, picks her up, then puts her down, makes her run, then chases after her, picks her up, puts her down . . . .well, you get the idea :)

Watch out everyone! This is the goat feeding frenzy! Aren't the kids adorable? And how about those baby goats . . . they're pretty cute too, huh? : )

What? You didn't know we have a cow? : )

The pictures are all very cute. Hope Sugar appreciates what a unquie excerise program she has and she does not even have to pay for it. Hope Angel appreciates what a loving family she has to care for her sore foot. I would be so concerned about getting spit on that I would probably just let her keep a sore foot. All the animals including that little cow are lucky to be a part of such a loving family. Loved the pictures....Hugs & Kisses, Meemom

Dear Meemom,

Glad you liked the pictures on the farm! Yes, the animals are pretty blessed . . . or should I say spoiled? :) Even Sugar seems to actually LIKE her exercise program! And I agree with you . . . llama spit is definitely something to fear! Especially if you don't have time to take a shower!

Hugs and kisses back to you!

I note that Ted prepared himself for the shot of llama spit Angel is capable of sending your way. Sounds like Momma farm photographer did not plan ahead with the same concern. Momma they sell containers for cameras so they can be used under water.

Miss Lydia,
No need for a sheperds staff for you. Those sheep just follow you where ever yoiu go.

Mr. Timothy,
Your exercise program for Sugar seems to be working very well. Just look at Sugars thighs.

Hey Kids (the human kind),
What are the kids names? Melvin Zwick wants to know.

Love you all big bunches!!!!!

Hi Mr Joseph,
Was the picture of you taken before or after Momma got a shot from Angel? Were you laughing about her green tint or were there the usual bunch of family behind Momma making faces?

You are the cutest Cow in the whole world.

Love you a whole bunch!!!!!!!!!!!
Grandpa
